Absolutely awesome customer service for the individuals below. Although there were issues with the garments themselves, they were able to help and everything worked out in the end.
Joson at the Arcadia location - Did an amazing job with the initial fitting. His energy, patience, and knowledge of the garments/fits made the experience well worth the visit to that location.
Olivea at the Vista location near Oceanside - She made the extra effort of dropping off the missing handkerchief at the venue, allowing myself to make the photos in time.
Overall, much appreciated the customer service.

I never got his name, but the bald dude with the plugs (earrings) that assisted me (both when I picked the suit up and dropped off) had some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. He would be the primary reason I would come back to Friar and recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much for making everything so simple!

Suit rentals were fantastic.
My visit was greeted promptly and very friendly. I was treated like i was the only client in the store, when I wasn't. My associate was polite and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the tux and the ensemble she put together.
