What do you like about our products and services?

On the day we came in to rent a tux for my son's Winter Formal the store was very busy. We were greeted and the staff aologized for the wait. Several times they let us know how many people were in fornt of us. Although we did have to wait, we knew we would be well taken care of by the way the staff was handling others before us.
Sure enough . . . service was great! The fitting was flawless and my son was a hit at the dance! Thanks so much.

First. I would like to commend your staff at the Arcadia location. They were friendly, highly attentive and professional. The service there has convinced me that Friars Tux is the only store I will rent tuxedos from in the future. The second and most important reason is the fit of the tuxedo. When I went for my final fitting, I was impressed with the way the tux fit me . The leangth and waist of the pants were perfect, fit like a glove. The entire tux fit me perfectly. This was my sons first school formal dance. We had the best experience in getting just the right Tux combo. The Gentleman that helped us, Joe Muniz really knew his stuff and the service we received from him was impeccable. Thank you Joe and Friar Tux!!
