The Sport Clips App however needs improving. Multiple times I have register ahead of time and given a expected wait time. When I get to the store I have a longer wait than what I originally received; and deep in the queue.

I return because of the quality and value. The app doesn't help much.

A very wide product selection to choose from. My stylist BB is top notch, and always booked. It is tough to get an appointment because of how very talented she is. The other stylists at this location are great as well, just have had the best cut so far with BB.
