I love the service and the attention to detail but the sign in app is not user friendly. Open or closed I should be able to see if my stylist is working or not. Also It seems to take several try's to log on. Other than that I could not ask for more!!

BB is the best and has been so accommodating for my family and I. The ladies are amazing. The haircuts are fantastic and the products are always available when needed. One thing I would change about the LKN location is they do not have the new massage wands like some of the other locations. Not sure what the hold up is but it would be nice to have the same experience everywhere.

I can only speak for the location that I go to which is Cornelius. They are always very nice, professional and helpful.
Brittany is always professional, courteous, skilled and pleasant along with the other stylists.
BB does a great job every time!
The online system is fantastic. It would be nice to know if the stylist specializes in a certain type of cut, beards, etc. Also, setting a reserved time for a stylist would be a great tool as well.
