Service and timeliness
After going to the same barber for the past 10 years, it was difficult finding someone who was able to cut my hair the way I like it. Thankfully I found Cora who has had me as a returning customer ever since my first visit.
She knows exactly how I like my hair cut and has always gave me exactly what I wanted. She even remembers the small details such as touching up my eyebrows. She also got me hooked on the hair product “Con Man”.
All in all, Cora does a fantastic job. If it wasn’t for her, I would probably be looking in the mirror right now with disgust regarding how some other stylist in a different shop managed to ruin my hair.
It's by far easier booking than a traditional walk in style barber if you are on a tighter schedule. It's also nice that they wash your hair out afterwards if you have a day planned ahead of you and no access to a shower any time soon.

First, I always get a consistent haircut, so I do not have to worry about the outcome. Second, I can choose my stylist based on availability and wait using the app. This is very helpful to avoid a bad outcome. Third, the stylist recommends and uses quality products that I can purchase before I leave. A great overall experience for the customer!
