MollyMaids staff was very organized and communicated with the client before they started cleaning. After the fact, they asked there was anything else they could help me with.
The only thing I noticed after the fact the top of door frame edge wasn’t wiped and the light fixture that hangs by my tub was wiped. Other than that, I have them coming back in December.

Although I rarely get the same crew twice, Molly Maid employees are consistent in the level of thoroughness with which they clean. They've all been friendly, punctual, and provided excellent service. The first time they came, I hadn't been able to clean my house in years due to illness- after they left, it sparkled (and I cried in joy). It's not quite that dirty now, but every month they come make it look new. Even though I work from home and have two cats that yowl and hide, the crews are very professional about working around me and the cats. In the 6 months I've had the service, only one item has been broken (by accident, moving it to clean) and nothing has gone missing- and they've offered to replace the broken item. They're trustworthy and a great value for the price. I'm a big fan of Molly Maid!

On Tuesday, November 13, in the morning, three very cheerful and friendly Molly Maids, Mercedes, Lucretia, and Jose, promptly arrived to my home. They, quickly and very efficiently,
thoroughly cleaned two washrooms, polished many six-paneled doors and wood trim and baseboards, and vacuumed my TV room.
Jose, the manager, is very handy at plumbing.
The sink in the smaller bathroom was clogged. I didn't have Drano, so Jose, took apart the
S shaped pipe and unclogged the drain. I am very grateful.
I would definitely recommend Mercedes, Lucretia, and Jose.
