My primary person, Uly Nicco, is excellent, adapts to things I might specifically want. Her new (to me) partner Kory (I think) is also very good.
I personally wouldn't change a thing, and am so grateful for the efficiency. I also like that they bring the cleaning supplies. If I want something else used, I just leave it out with a note (like floor wax).
I would recommend Molly Maids (and I have) to anyone.

It's absolutely wonderful. My home has never looked any better! The "crew" - Kat and Candy -are patient, meticulous, professional, and quiet - even with the vacuum and all else, you would never know they are there. I plan to keep them/Molly Maid no matter where I live and will gladly recommend them to those I know who are seeking housekeeping experts.

Appreciate that the same gal comes each time and she makes sure the helper that comes with her understands what needs to be done and my wishes for what products are to be used. They always do a thorough job cleaning and always so very pleasant to have around.

What is NOT to like about having your house cleaned!! Honestly this service is better for mental health than Prozac. I am in such a great mood after having the house cleaned and that feeling stays with me throughout the week. The two women crew that cleans my home are exceptional, they are thorough, focused, & quick. I encourage anyone to try out this service...the time you save not having to clean allows you to focus on other things.
It is thorough - in my case there were 2 breaks - the lid to the toiled broke off astanding lamp broke - otherwise the ladies doe a fine job!
