They arrive on time, have their binder that has all of my cleaning requests and are very professional. They always ask if they completed all tasks before leaving & are flexible with any special requests. Recently, they have been wearing masks & gloves providing security that they are following all CDC recommendations.
The ladies are friendly, do a good job, and are willing to help with something that I can't do for my self due to my balance.
The same time routinely show up at the same time on the appointed day every week.
When I get my same team, cleaning day is my favorite day of the month! It’s so great to come home to an orderly, clean house where someone else does the cleaning and better than I do it.
The only potential issue is when my normal team isn’t available, the result isn’t consistent. Recommend MM do a standardized cleaning training program and assign a QA person, maybe the office manager to do checks n corrections for newly assigned teams.

When I call the office and ask for something to be done a little differently, they always take the time to make sure they know what I want done and then they instruct the cleaners.
My husband has been working from home during this pandemic and has been commenting to me on the great job Jessica is doing! He is amazed at her hard work and extra attention to detail. Of course I already knew that, but he never really realized the great job she does before now and wanted me to let her know! So thank you as always Jessica!
