Great, reliable service. The Molly staff that services our home is so nice and professional. Not only is the quality of work exceptional, I like the consistency of Molly Maid's staffing. We have the same two staff members here almost 100% of the time. It gives me peace of mind since they are working here while we are at work during the day.

We have been happy with the service. There was instant when we were not happy with an area not cleaned properly. The response was immediate and an inspector came out the next cleaning and we were surprised and happy with the care and concern to get the work done properly. It's always nice to come home after a long work day to a nice fresh smelling clean house.
In addition, I have pets, which the girls know and they see that the animals safety while they are cleaning is a top priority.

They are very professional. They are polite and respectful. My house felt very clean when the 2 ladies finished. There was a nice clean fragrance. I was thrilled when I saw my kitchen stove and micro wave oven so clean and shiny.I appreciated the good work they did. I have requested a call ahead for the next time on January 10th. I like to plan my day.
It was easy to schedule, there were clear expectations and it was completed as arranged without any hassle.
