The experience end-to-end is always postive - from the reminder email to the note left by the team letting me know when my next appt is.
If there was one thing I could change, it the charging process. Sometimes I am not charged until 2-3 days later. By then I have forgotten about it and it then catches me off-guard. I wish I could always get charged on the same day as my cleaning.
