Our maids, Miriam and Maria are always on time, polite, and do an outstanding job cleaning our house. They are also very careful during this COVID-19 pandemic to always wear masks and do an extra good job with the sanitation of everything in our home. We have never been disappointed with their cleaning and we’ve had them for many many years. So yes, when it comes to Molly Maids, A+ all the way around! And no, this is not a paid endorsement. We have been using Molly Maids services for over 20 years and remain with them because of their consistently good service and their professionalism in everything they do.

The ladies are very efficient and professional. No amount of elbow grease or gruntwork on my part can make it sparkle like this! Also great are the unexpected little finishing touches. Stuff organized, trash can liners in place, TP neatly folded. I feel valued and pampered.

Yesenia, Maria and team are always thorough, friendly and they do a great job! It's really nice coming home to a sparkling clean home every time and the little things they do every now and then, like making a rose out of toilet paper make me smile at the end of the day.
Even during the shelter in place, while my husband and I are both at home, they're respectful of us working while they're working and it's reassuring that they are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our home at a time when it's most needed. The extra "us" time my husband and I gain from having help with the cleaning is invaluable.

There are two people on a crew so they're in and out in less than two hours, and the price is right.

They are thorough and will do what is requested. I also like that you have someone who comes periodically to supervise and insure that they are doing a good job. I would prefer however, if the same people came each time. Thank you.

Kim & Crystal were very thorough. It was the first deep clean. They respected that I work from home and asked before running the vacuum to make sure I wasn’t on the phone. I had a request for using specific cleaners in my shower. They knew about it because the young lady that came to do the estimate relayed the request. The did an awesome job and look forward to seeing them next month.

The same team every visit lets us get to know each other, so they know how I like for things to be done...it makes their service personal instead of a different cleaning crew who just goes through a checklist every time as is true of some companies. And they always do a very good job!

Thorough, focused, & non-stop cleaning. Even during the pandemic I continued their service as the office assured me they get their temperature taken each day, when they showed up they wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers. I believe I'm at least 2 years into their service and couldn't be happier with the results!!

I feel very comfortable with the team of Molly Maids who have been taking care of our home for the last couple of years. They are so reliable, have been great with our dog, and do a terrific job every time. They notice things that we don't and always leave the place looking great. The staff is professional and polite, from the office through the cleaning crew. Our dogs are comfortable with the cleaning staff, which is huge for us! We especially like that we have the same cleaning staff every week.
