I love the ladies that we have ! Sanan and Joy are always so friendly and do a great job for us. The only problem I have is the 2 hour time frame. We are in a senior community that requires us to let them in for security purposes. We do not like to be home at time the ladies are cleaning..who likes having someone look over their shoulder while working?!?! I think if a customer is a regular ,priority should be given and a set time be given. We try to set our doctors appointments etc around the time these lovely ladies are here.
They do what you ask without more direction.

We love Molly Maids. Bonded, insured and they do a great job. We have them monthly and with only 2 of us in our condo the space stays neat and clean.
They bring their own cleaning supplies and tools. They clean the 2 bathrooms to sparkling clean and make the bed with new sheets.
They do the heavy work & we only need to do light work the rest of the month.

The straightforward simplicity of the results. The house is thoroughly clean, and that's it. Not a lot of stuff out of place, and not a lot of chemical smells lingering. It feels like what I would do if I had the time to do it, only maybe better than I could do it, even if I had the time.
