I'm overall very happy with your service. This last visit I noticed time wasn't taken on dusting, there were clear dust lines around stuff rather than getting under and behind stuff. Also the back glass door wasn't cleaned. I'm not sure if they were running out of time but the the agreement states there is a payment range depending how long it takes, if it takes longer than I pay more. I'd rather pay extra and have the work completed then see things left undone. You guys have always followed up and make things right. I appreciate that and wound highly recommend you. I request you follow up on my concerns. Thank you.

It’s basically chemical free, my team does excellent and efficient work, the price for cleaning my house is extremely reasonable and, most importantly, if I have to cancel and reschedule at the last minute, they always accommodate me graciously and without extra fees.

The house smelled terrific just walking in! Floors looked terrific, hardwood, ceramic and carpet. Bathrooms cleaned to a tee. Stainless surfaces in kitchen never looked better since new. Crew also cleaned patio door glass which we had neglected since moving in, inside and out, and in this Indiana winter. You guys get to come back!

I have been unhappy with my team the last too times....slipshod work. Missed cobwebs in the wall, didn't wash patio door as requested. Not pulling sheet on master bed down adequately.

my team goes with the flow and works around the various messes and projects I've always got going - but I love the clean kitchen floors , counters etc and the same with the bathrooms and the great cleaning.

Always send me a reminder email, My Team is the best, always on time and very consistent. I have never had reason to complain. Only once in probably 5 years did they not come because of snow. Which says something about the company that they won't risk the girls safety.
