The house cleaners seem to do a good job and are always friendly. Why I did not give a 10 is because though I am paying for a service I have to call the day before my cleaning to find out what time to expect the "Maids". Other companies ie: Cable, Electric and other contractors will always now give an expected time of arrival and then follow up if this time changes. I have to remember while at work to call them to find out what time to expect them to show up. My husband is retired and likes to leave when they are here. This is not possible when we do not know an expected time of arrival. If I get busy at work which is often and do not call then arrival is a surprise.
The ladies are always very friendly and smiling. They are good at taking suggestions or requests that I might have.

I've had Molly Maid for a little over a year now and I am very pleased with their services. They are diligent about customer service and will do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied. My only advice is to be honest about exactly what you need. Once communication is set, you will see how quickly they respond and follow through.
