Arrived on schedule, introduced themselves as Sande and Pocelia. My husband had just gotten home from the hospital and they were very accommodating to working aroun his schedule. They did an excellent--just a great team. Just wish it wasn't so pricey.
The ladies did a great job but I think the price is really high - esp if I want it done monthly.
I am pleased with the job they do and how they have always worked around my I’ll husband. I particularly have enjoyed my team 5. They are always a cut above. My house is clean and feels so good.

I was apprehensive about using a house cleaning service, but necessity made my husband and me realize that we needed help.
Firstly, we were impressed with the preliminary visit from Mr. Eric Walker. His professionalism and genuine interest in our plight made my husband and me agree to try Molly Maid.
The ladies who came out were courteous, and upright. Before they began, they let us know that because our home needed extra attention, they would need more than the 3 hours initially planned. They also let us know that the initial fee would be higher, because they would need additional time to initially clean our home. We agreed, and they went to work!
Long story short, the ladies went to work, without a break, and the complete job took 3 hours and 45 minutes. We were pleased with the results, and will use the service bi-weekly.
Should any of my friends, family or associates require home cleaning, my husband and I will gladly recommend Molly Maid.

Firstly, the fact that I don’t have to do it. I don’t have to dread knowing that it really needs to be done but I just don’t have time or don’t have the energy to do it. My wife and I have recently had some health issues and the Mollies had made our lives so much easier.

I like the care Molly Maid gives to the requests I gave on the first day. Most would think they didn’t need to check back and see those few requests. Molly Maid does.

Friendly, efficient staff. The ladies (especially Sury and Elena) work hard and fast. Crew arrives on time, or early. The quality of the work, with possible exception of vacuuming, is very good.
Worked above and beyond the call of duty by doing unnecessary work on coffee table and blinds.
It's so nice to have these ladies come and clean my house every few weeks. They always do such a good job, especially on my wood floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. They are completely trustworthy and always pleasant. As an older person, I really appreciate the help they provide, and am glad to be a client of Molly Maid!

Team 6 does a great job!!! - Carolina, Tiffany and Megan all do quality work - fast, efficient and courteous.
No complaints - always spottless. Girls are very professional and complete their tasks on a timely basis.
Have one problem with the scheduling - need morning cleaning, which has been 10 am. This last time someone changed it to 1 pm. This is unacceptable.
The ladies are always on time. I am always very happy with the cleaning and the way my
home was left when they leave. It is a pleasure coming to my home after a cleaning. I
have been with Molly Maids for around twenty years. About twelve years ago I did stop
service for about five months to go with another company the cost less. Yes, the cost
for the cleaning was less but the cleaning was also less. I stopped their service and went back to Molly Maids. I will never change again. I am single and just love having my home cleaned the way it is done with Molly Maids.
