They call a couple days prior to give you a 2 hour window when they will arrive. I find that I do not need to stay home with Molly Maid if I have errands to run and it's not necessary for me to get back before they are finished. The cleaning is consistent whether you have the same team or not. They always call to remind you of your upcoming appointment. I would definitely recommend their service.
