The one thing I like the most is seeing the same ladies week after week, year after year. I am comfortable with them being in my home. They almost seem like a part of my family. Of course, they also do good job cleaning also.
I like that you are quick to respond to phone calls and house cleaning needs. You also charge a reasonable fee and are on time. My only reservation is that you are still using Comet and not totally environmentally safe cleaning products and a LOT product is used unnecessarily!!!
This was the second time that I used Molly Maid of Sparta/Randolph and they did not disappoint!
The team of two young ladies ( "C" and "I" ) showed up on time, looking happy and ready to get to work. I immediately felt confident in my decision to call Molly Maid. They were as nice and polite as can be and did an excellent job.
My condo sparkled and shined (from top to bottom) and looked and smelled so beautiful when they were done with their cleaning.
(I am very fussy and I must admit that I could not have done a better job.)
I would be remiss if I did not mention how professional, pleasant and patient Christine is who arranged my cleaning service. She scheduled and then re-scheduled my cleaning days & times to accommodate my busy work schedule and furniture delivery. She also always returned my phone calls in a timely manner and was never upset when I had to unfortunately change my appointments.

Excellent job vacuuming and cleaning bathrooms. Girls are always on time and do not waste time while here.
