Always very reliable cleaning my trash house
The girls do a great job and are always so sweet. They don’t mind my little dogs following them around lol. I like the notifications date/window of time.

Friendly Guadalupe team 11 does an excellent job. When she is training someone it takes longer as she may need to go back and show them how to properly clean. The trainee did not do as good of a job as Guadalupe would have done.

I like Molly Maids house cleaning service as it is very easy to schedule service. The business is well organized and offers a free consultation and then scheduled ckeaning day and time. The staff is extremely nice and professional. I like that it is low in chemical use and utilizes microfiber cleanibg cloths.
I like that a representative came to the house to give me a quote, rather than throwing some number range over the phone. Also, she checked the maids work upon finishing. This shows me they take customer satisfaction seriously.
Maids are always very thorough and makes sure to get into all the nooks and crannies. It always feels nice to come home after the Maids are done!

The 2 ladies who came into my home were respectful of my wishes, and very friendly. They worked hard and did a great job. They loved my dog, and he could not get enough of them. I like the fact that the same two women will be returning. I had called another service, and they didn't do ceiling fans...I live in Florida, and every room has one. If they are not cleaned on a regular basis, they spew dust all over the room...nasty. It will never happen again.
We all understand working mothers needing help, but I'm 67 with a broken hip...I need help too.
