I love working with Sonja. She is so pleasant and a hard worker. I feel she makes the experience the best because of her work ethic and positive personality. She has never disappointed me. She is one employee who you should be very proud of.
The ladies are polite and very thorough. The only problem I have is that sometimes they are very late arriving. This, apparently, is due to scheduling from the main office. The jobs are a distance from my home and take longer than they thought they would. However, I do recommend Molly Maid.

Ive been with them for about a year...the maids are kind and thorough! They do a great job. Gina and the office staff are very accommodating especially on short notice changes with my work schedule.

Ana and her team are punctual, efficient, and professional. Ana communicates to let me know when they are on their way which is very helpful to me. I am mobility impaired and sometimes it is difficult for me to greet her at the door. She knows that she can come in and that the door will be unlocked for her.

Whenever the team comes, they systematically and thoroughly clean EVERYTHING! On every visit, they do the chores I might only do once a year if ever! Like sweeping the ceilings everywhere. Cleaning the blinds in every room, and dusting everything. I am a very clean and tidy person, but there are just some chores that require special tools (like sweeping the 12 foot ceilings!) and I just wouldn't do it. They also use non-toxic cleaning products, and I appreciate that so much! They listen to my requests and handle everything quickly and professionally. I love Molly Maids and recommend they whenever someone comments on how clean my home is! Molly Maids and mani/pedis are two personal services I cannot live without! ;)
