To be quite frank, the think I like most is that I don't have to do it! I am happy with the "once a month", when your staff cleans those parts of the house that only need to be addressed monthly rather than weekly.

The cleaning is very thorough, the ladies are meticulous and treat our home as if it were there own. They also do not get “shaken up” when the household is in upheaval — and do “work-arounds” as I request — although usually do more than. I ask or expect. They work hard and are cheerful and are friendly with our dogs.

We’ve only had one cleaning. Megan and Tori came, they told me they were a team. I had 2 rooms cleaned. They finished a little early (for the initial”deep cleaning”) and instead of leaving Tori called the office and was, I believe, directed to work until the hour was up. That impressed me that Tori and Megan did not leave early and that the company wanted us to get the full appointment time. So I have already booked our next appointment. I hope the same team will come.

Molly Maid does a great job. My home is CLEAN! Consistent work. They’ve been very adaptable those few times that I have to make changes in the cleaning schedule. Been using them for years. Very happy with their service.

Ladies are polite, professional and do a decent job cleaning the house. Like the fact that we have the same team consistently come to the home. Timely responsiveness to inquiries has greatly improved and really appreciate flexibility in working with me when we need to change the date/time.
