Why do we have to explain every time what we want done? The Maids should come in ready to clean house; that is everything from ceiling to floor and everything in between that catches dust. Bathroom and kitchen sinks, showers, commodes, furniture and floors should be cleaned thoroughly even though they may look clean. We do some cleaning between appointments ourselves, but that should not be a hint for them not to clean. We go to a lot of trouble moving items out of the way so it will be easier for them to clean. Our last appointment was better than the previous two, but we felt we still had to tell them everything to do. The previous two appointments, the Maids acted like they had to hurry to leave for the next appointment.
Terry and Shelby were very efficient and did great work! I intend to have them back again!
