The cleaning was thorough and quick. Everything I requested was accomplished.
In general the service has been great. There have been a few times over the last couple of months that items were left incomplete (pretty minor items such as bathroom floor not mopped). We did not report these since the next time things were ok.

Having a professional cleaning allowed me to use it as a selling point on my house sale! The team showed up on the scheduled time frame and went to work right away! They asked if I had any specific areas that I wanted targeted and prior to me leaving they gave me a run down of everything they would be doing. The house was completely empty besides appliances but even then the house looked spotless after the job was completed! This was the 2nd time using Molly Maids and I will continue to use them in the future if needed.
