Reliability of the schedule. I appreciate that on a three week schedule we have to negotiate an appointment each time. But it always seems to work out easily. In almost three years of service, the crew has always arrived at the appointed time and day and completed their work to my complete satisfaction. I'm a fan.
It was very easy to schedule with Molly Maids. I called on a Friday morning and was able to schedule a move out cleaning for Monday at exactly the time I needed. On the day of the move Elisabeta and Crystal called me when they were on their way, and perfectly estimated the amount of time they needed to clean the house. I would absolutely use them again.

I had broke my shoulder in 2017 and my husband suggested that we needed help as he had heart problems and was trying to work. About 5 weeks later he passed away. My Molly Maid Lizzy was here the day I had to rush him to the hospital. Since that day she not only makes sure the house is in great shape but always "takes care" of me. She is always so kind to ask if I'm doing alright and that ask if my family has been here to check on me. Always wants to know if the house is like I want it are if I need something special done. Lizzy is only 29 but very smart and hard working. I really look forward to seeing her each week and have a clean house but to also experience her kindness.
I'm always happy to have friends and family come in after they clean. I feel like I will be able to take better care of myself and stay in my home longer with their help.
