Team 4 and Team 11 are outstanding. They are very consistent in their cleanings and they pay attention to detail. Molly Maid, in general, definitely strives for customer satisfaction and achieves it. The teams are very courteous.

In general is good.

First, the women are so kind and ask if there are any special things that need attention.I like that areas I don’t usually get to are cleaned. They take time to add extra touches folding hanging towels, making the bed, and especially the way my stainless steel appliances are cleaned. They pay attention to details!
They leave our home cleaned and spotless!

The cleaning crew was diligent and thorough. They were there about 3 hours and there was more work to do; so, the lead person asked if they could stay longer. We absolutely said yes, as it is a fairly large house. This was also a Friday evening before a 3 day weekend. They didn’t act fatigued, just professionally kept on working. We are very pleased. The team was on time. They were polite and professional. Once on the premises,they accessed the property and began to work in a orderly manner. The property had not been lived in for a very long time but they pulled out their secret weapon " The yellow stuff" and they magic happened. I will be calling you again.

Your maids work in teams. We get the same team each time unless there needs to be a substitute, and then a trained person substitutes, and the work continues as usual. The ladies are prompt, courteous, and thorough. We are enjoying the presence of Karla and Melissa who make sure our home is well-cleaned when they leave. We ae sending a big Thank You to Karla and Melissa, and the Molly Maid organization
