One of the most stressful parts of the moving process for me is cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety about having people see my mess, making it hard to ask for help, and I'm not very good at doing it myself either. With two brief phone calls everything was taken care of for me. I can't express how much better this move was than any I've done before.
I like it. I wish the dusting could be a little more in-depth though. Certain items are still covered with dust (like trashcan lids, items on top of sinks, etc) even after the cleaning is done. But overall, I love it!

For the last few years, I have always used molly maid. Always been happy with the professionalism of the staff. And I do try to stay out of their way. I take a few minutes to go over what I want and then go to my office but am always clear that I am a available for any questions.
I left a clean set of sheets and pillow cases to be put on the bed. I was surprised after they left and I went to lay down that the fitted sheet was not put on the bed. And the top sheet was used for the bottom sheet.....nicely tucked in, of course, tomorrow I have to put the fitted sheet on. I am almost positive it fits as I have used a number of times. If it does not fit, then,y fault, But I was disappointed that they did not get me or tell me and just left it wadded up on top of the dresser.
Otherwise, great job. I will schedule again.
