Arrived as scheduled on the morning of the appointment. Went right to work and worked steady for almost 4.5 hours. Supervisor visited and brought replacement team member and they accomplished the cleaning as advertised. Floors cleaned, carpet vacuumed, baseboards washed, kitchen cabinets de-greased and cleaned, sinks, shower, bathtubs all cleaned and disinfected. Very satisfied with their work.
