Team did a great job

I appreciate that my team always shows up on time or I receive a call to let me know that they will be late. My house is cleaned thoroughly and my house smells clean. When the job needs improvement I call the office and on the next cleaning whatever was missed is corrected. I am satisfied with my service. I would recommend Molly Maid Cleaning.

My cleaning team of Deb and Meagan are friendly, efficient, and fast. I am very pleased that they comply with all of my special requests and use the products I prefer (which I leave out for them). They also let me know if there is any kind of issue with my home. (I recently had a problem with my glass shower,(which they brought to my attention) I was able to call installer and have this repaired under warranty. I never noticed the problem, but the girls did and I appreciated their attention to detail.

I like the way the team comes in prepared to work. They bring their own cleaning products but will use something you have if you want. They are quick and clean well. The gals are friendly, too!

For the most part the teams do a great job. The consistent thing I notice is usually one member of the team doesn't move items when dusting, she just dusts around the items. Or neglecting some furniture that needs dusted. Maybe whoever the lead is, they can just double check the work being done. Again they do great with the cleaning other than this. And I'd prefer to remain confidential.
