The women you clean are kind.

I have always been happy with the cleaning service we have received. However, I would like to know when the crew that cleans my house is changed. We recently had 2 new people start, but we were not informed of that in advance. I only knew because they had issues with getting in to my garage. I realize that people take time off and occasionally there will be someone different cleaning, but when it's a permanent change, I would prefer to know that.
