Both women enter quickly and get started right away. They are friendly and respectful of my things. They dust and vacuum each room they are cleaning, however because they work so quickly some things are overlooked. I feel this could improve if they took a little longer on the tasks at hand.

One thing that Molly Maid SHOULD DO IS PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HEALTH INSURANCE FOR THEIR DOMESTIC WORKERS. It’s ridiculous that a company this size does not provide EMPLOYEE HEALTHCARE. Not once have these women complained. I found out that they had no health insurance when one of them was in the hospital for an extended time.
Do the right thing and take care of YOUR EMPLOYEES.
I've tried quite a few cleaning services in Tucson. Molly Maids was the only one that did a good job cleaning baseboards. In fact, Molly Maids did a GREAT job cleaning baseboards and everything else! The cleaning staff is very efficient and sweet to my dogs. I highly recommend them.
