very efficient. very good cleaning in my apartment. careful with my things i do think that they should have a foldup shopping cart (Target or Walmart) to hold the vacuum cleaner and supplies to help with their backs and overall physical safety. keep up the excellent service. it is a godsend especially as i am a senior .
