I like that Molly Maids provides all the cleaning products and the vacuum and bags! That is the #1 reason why I moved to Molly Maids from another major cleaning company in the area.

I like that I get to pick my window of time and my team is consistently on time. Also like the fact that I get a call that my team is on the way! I like the fact that they drive a company car that is in great condition! A major company whose website showed they had a fleet of cars was obviously not providing all the teams with one. I felt bad for the team and also for my driveway where oil stains were accumulating.

I would like to give Virginia extra kudos, because she speaks perfect English I have gotten to know her over the years! You have one heck of a team player that is a hard worker and represents your company well! She was always kind to my dogs. She noticed that the boxer, Buster was no longer in the house and inquired about him and expressed her condolences. Most recently I had to put my Great Dane, Willie down, again she noticed (kinda hard not too, I know :) but anyway she noticed it was hard for me to talk about it, and gave me a hug! Too me that is going above and beyond!!!! You can tell she has a huge heart and is a very caring person!

Thank You, Molly Maids, keep on doing what you are doing! I was pretty much done with cleaning companies but decided to give ya'll a try and could not be happier!

Lidia and Lupe came to my home last Monday. In a matter of just over an hour, they worked as a team to clean 2 bathrooms, my bedroom, kitchen, living room and office. Attending to cleaning floors as well (hardwood in great room, and tiled bathrooms, and kitchen). Particular attention was made to cleaning the stove and microwave. Tidying up is so helpful to me. They were friendly and polite. I appreciate them so much and let them know too as they left.

The team was very thorough and took a lot of pride in their work! They consulted on me on any items they were not 100% sure on and communicated really well throughout the process.
