They were very happy to do the kitchen floor around the bay windows (way before they were going to start on the kitchen) so I could put the table and chairs back to give my elderly parents their lunch.
I felt very comfortable with both lady's in my home and they were both aware of their surroundings making sure they didn't knock anything over.

I like the people themselves whom you get to know as the cleaning team remains the same. I like that they are insured and legal and therefore, we hope, taken care of rather than exploited by the system. I like that you can ask for improvement when needed without hurting their feelings by asking management to tell them what you want improved. And I like how they clean.
