That the initial presentation covered exactly what occurred during the house cleaning. Cleaning personnel telephoned to let us know they would be onsite in approximately 30 minutes, which they were. After the cleaning was completed we were given an opportunity to see if anything was missed.

I've only used Molly Maids twice but look forward to a continued service. Were on time, friendly and done an excellent job.
Everyone who comes is friendly and starts right to work. The ask if there is anything that I want them to redo and make sure I am satisfied with their work. Because we are usually home, they call to let us know they are on their way so we are expecting them. They dust all of my knick knacks and don't complain about it. We have used them for 5 years and they don't increase their price but about every other year which is a real deal.
My house always looks better when they leave then when they came.

When I ask Management for anything special they always come through with my request.
Great job. Managed to fit us in with little notice and the team did a fantastic job
