This was the first time for us and I hope the service continues as the A level we received. Shannon and Letitia were very thorough and completed all of the items I requested in an appropriate time. Shannon was able to remove stains from a tub that I thought I was going to have to replace. Very satisfied. Thank you

Very thorough and meticulous while still being courteous by keeping everything in its place. Everyone I’ve met or spoken to from the staff is friendly and helpful. My wife and I regularly comment that it’s such a worthwhile service to have because of the time and peace of mind that it affords is.

There's my clean (when I clean my place) and there's Molly Clean. Molly Clean is far superior,
The Molly Maids are always friendly and conscienous abut their work, However, on the last visit, they failed to sweep my living room floor and did not dust the furniture in the living room. Not realizing how much time & effort that required, I dusted and then realized the floor had been ignored.
Next visit, before the ladies leave, I will check that all has been addressed.
P.S. They did a great job on the kitchen, bathrooms & bedrooms. They were very pleasant and accommodating.

Dez and her team always do an awesome job. We had to reschedule a number of times one month, but everything went off without a glitch. I’m probably their most high maintenance customer since we have them do a bunch of extra little things, often requiring extra emails and phone calls. Last name removed every penny. Totally recommend Molly Maids of East Louisville and Dez’s team!
I called in hopes I could get a cleaning services the same day, and surprisingly they sent to ladies over within a few hours of calling. The ladies cleaned deep cleaned my house doing a fantastic job! I was so happy and felt a huge relief having a much cleaner home. Thankful. I would suggest Molly Maid to anyone needing help with cleaning.

These two women were exceptional not only in their friendly personalities but in their cleaning skills as well. Its been a long time since Molly Maids has sent me not one but two hard working, mature gals to clean my house. There was No needless/constant talking and joking around, no using their cell to chat with a friend while working and then only doing half the things they were hired to do. But Molly & Went above and beyond doing an excellent job, very thorough in their cleaning skills, staying focused on task, asking questions if not sure how I wanted something done. They were very agreeable with my requests and very respectful to me and my husband.
I will request them
both for my next cleaning.

Everything is great
Thorough and nice staff
Friendly, always makes a call prior to the arrival of the service, and very accommodating.
If you want a quick clean these are the ladies to get. They do a very nice job of dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. And they clean the bathrooms very well.
