Cleaners work seriously, quickly, no nonsense. Friendly and courteous. It's important to me that they show up on time, and that has worked well so far.

The ladies were quick and very efficient. It is so nice to have them come every other week to do all of the heavy lifting cleaning.

That it (cleaning) is done quickly and efficiently. Also, when I tell my husband that Molly Maid is coming tomorrow, he picks up his clutter without me nagging him about it. Molly Maid gets respect!

I like that I can depend on the same person being there every time. It makes me feel more comfortable. I have hard wood floors and they do a really nice job keeping them shiny. I like that if I need to change my regular day or time scheduled, you're very accommodating. I also appreciate the email notification I get a few days before the cleaning as a reminder.

The ladies extremely, & thoroughly cleaned my house from top to bottom. And I do say "thoroughly" ! Every corner, base board, French door window glass inside & out. Both of my bathrooms, literally, shine all over. And one wouldn't believe how awesome the the huge double door shower glass was water spotless clean...not a residual drop water left on the glass. No, they don't use vinegar. All the cleaning products deriving from organics...no chemicals & NO pungent odors. Another thing I enjoyed was their friendliness, concern & knowledge of their product. None of which, I don't believe, was an OTC. After the cleaning I was asked by the Molly ladies to walk through my house & do an inspection. Perfect! I must add, that I had Molly Maids in the past. I switch to private single cleaning lady. After 6 or 7 months it's was not as I expected.. I decided I wanted Molly Maids back.

I thought Kim and her team did an exceptional job cleaning my home. I would definitely utilize Molly maids again in the future.
