The maids bring all of the supplies and machines needed. They know what they are doing, and get right to work. They don't stand around and ask me a bunch of personal questions. They are pleasant and ask questions when needed - something I encourage - if they're not sure about cleaning something in my home, I want them to ask me. Most of all - I have a clean home when they leave.

I like that I don't have to worry about supplies. You folks have everything you need to do the job.

You arrive and immediately start to work. You dust high and low. You sanitize the areas that need it. You clean windows and shutters and hard to reach areas. You vacuum with your own equipment. But most of all you do not leave any trash in my apartment.

You are here when you are supposed to be and I never have to worry about excuses for this or that.

Like the consistency in having the same team clean each time. They work efficiently to complete the work in a timely fashion. They are always polite and inquire as to any concerns we might have. I appreciate them and always hope they will be your employees for a long time.

Very businesslike and disciplined crew who worked as a team and cleaned well.
However they did not offer to change bed linen until their supervisor came. Also did not clean the fans and light fixtures as noted.

The crew showed up right at the beginning of the specified 2-hour arrival window. They spent a few minutes viewing the house and listening to my directions, then began working. Their effort, and results, were excellent.
