You get the same cleaning crew the majority of the time. The office staff is really helpful and organized. My cleaning crew always does a great job for me.

The first clean was very thorough, a few things missed but seriously, it was very minor things. Looking forward to see how the future cleans go. Best I've had from a company so far.

What do you like about our house cleaning?

I like the efficiency and once the crew knows my particular emphasis I can just leave and know they'll do what i need.
There is a bit of a problem when teams change too much as even though the routine is the same each household has special needs. One example of mine is dog nose prints on a glass door which my original team noticed but not other teams

Team 3 was great. It was my first clean and I didn't know what to expect. They were so pleasant, focused and the house looked and smelled great. I immediately booked weekly cleaning with them.
