They did a really nice job overall. The refrigerator and microwave gleam. However I had run the oven self cleaner but they did not do the finish up cleaning including cleaning the inside glass. Bathrooms look very good.

I was surprised that they do little more then i thought they would. The beds have never been made more perfect. They are always on. My home always looks perfect when they are here. my husband works nights and he is sleeping in one of the spare room when they come and they are so courteous, they never wake him up. Absolutely professionals. They take care of my home like it theirs, or better.

It was so thorough!!! I thought I was the only one that could clean my house the way it needed to be cleaned, but I was dead wrong. Everything was spotless.

The ladies that come to my home have always been very nice, professional, and have done a great job. The office staff has been accommodating and flexible with my schedule.
Unlike hiring cleaning staff directly, I like being able to just pay my First name removed and, magically, people show up and clean my house. I don't hear about vacations (Molly Maid has other staff who can fill in), I don't have to worry about filing taxes (which matters, because the IRS is going after employers who "think" a house cleaner is an independent contractor, but who is really an employee), and I don't have to worry about the care of my home and its contents (because Molly Maid provides its employees with plenty of work, a decent wage, and provides me with the assurance that they want to keep their good reputation and backs that with insurance, background checks, etc). For me, these things make Molly Maid a more care-free choice ... because THEY have to put in all the care ... I just pay and get cleaned! Easy!
