I like that my whole house is cleaned at once. The ladies are efficient and thorough. They are consistent:I can depend on them to arrive each time within scheduled times.

The office personnel are easy to work with if I need to reschedule...very helpful in trying to meet my needs.

They are always prompt and on time and do a fantastic job. They clean our home and have cleaned our office also. If I want an extra cleaning they are very accommodating with the schedule. I have known and been with this company for almost 7 years...they are wonderful!

they move jumble the personal items in my bathroom and bedrooms when cleaning.

the shower stall doors are frequently dislodged and/or fall out when they are cleaning: I wish that they would return them to the track so that they slide normally.

they have broken glassware in my kitchen when cleaning and not reported it: I found it in my trash

wish that they would learn to put the recycling into the recycle bins rather than the trash bin outdoors
