The staff was very professional and friendly. Matt came out several times to our office to inspect the carpets and ensure that the service was satisfactory. He sent out a representative the next day to touch up some of carpeting he felt could look even better.

The prices that were quoted were very reasonable. Our office would recommend ServiceMaster to others.
