Our church has a rental property that was destroyed by a previous tenant.
We have decided to sell the property. We needed it to be professionally cleaned.
I called 4 different cleaning companies. Everyone of them refused to even give us an estimate.
Service Master was recommended to me by a friend. I called and Ruth connected us with Project Manager Roy Sanders.
Roy met with me at the house the following week. He assured us that Service Master would take on the job.
He told me he would send out a gal who was very thorough at cleaning.
A team came out to clean top to bottom, with shampooing carpets and hauling away a lot of heavy junk.
Wendy who was the lead, was so detailed oriented, she cleaned cracks and crevices. She scrubbed scum and grease. She polished mirrors and chrome.
The basement was covered in cobwebs and pet hair-LOTS OF IT! She vacuumed all services. She vacuumed all edges, and window sills too!
The bathroom was in rough shape, and she cleaned it so well, everything was white again! The tenant left a fireplace full of shoot and ash. After Wendy finished with it, I can tell you right now, it will be a selling point for the property. Roy took photo's and measured and gave us a decent estimate. We would recommend Service Master again and again. They helped us get this property ready for selling.

Service Master is top notch. I do wish they would come prepared to do more, in case the job required it. In my case, I needed the floors sanitized due to a toilet overflow. Unfortunately, the plumber didn't clean as well as he should have. Service Master had to go back to the shop and get cleaning supplies.
