Furniture Medic did an excellent job with a very tough problem. They were honest and researched potential solutions before making repairs. When I picked up my table, it was difficult to find the damaged spot and repair! I was very disappointed that my beautiful table was damaged in the first place but Hugo and his folks repaired it so that it was beautiful and just like new. I like the pick up and drop off service. I like how easy it is to get someone on the phone to answer qwuestions , and how willingly all the employees were to show me around the shop and explain what they could do for my furniture. Thank you for the great workmanship. I am very pleased with the results.

I appreciated how honest and patient they were. When my husband did not communicate the correct area to repair they came back that night and finished the job. They also found scratches on my table that I probably would not have noticed. They did a great job and both my husband and I appreciated it.

When my sofa was taken the rep said it would come back just like new. I have to trust the frame work was fixed about it sits about the same. And I am out of $559.
