The furniture that was touched-up did not look professionally done. The large scratch on my desk was just touched-up with a waxy colored pen, this is something I could have done myself.The scratch on the desk is still visible.

I've had only one interaction with Jeff, so all of my comments are based solely on that interaction. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Jeff. The internet, where I found Jeff can be, after all, a dangerous place. But based on my experience, Jeff is/was honest, prompt, prepared, knowledgable and competent. He also did an excellent job of communicating in a fluid environment. A pro's pro.Great experience. Great guy. He far exceeded my expectations. I'd call him in a New-York-minute if I had another problem.
