Certified Inspector Steve Hufford was friendly, thorough, and professional. Throughout the inspection he commented on all relevant aspects of what he was inspecting in such a way that was easy for me to understand. I felt like he provided excellent service. I also sincerely appreciated receiving "The AmeriSpec Report."
The report format seemed skimpy to me. You check alot of things but only provide pictures of what needs corrected, and though the summary report calls out what needs done, the items should be easily found in the full report ie.. in Red. Also more pictures of things that are working too; buyers may need this evidence for a home warranty. I believe is just a matter of the "format" service you subscribe to.
Good resource for home related issues/concerns. I like the detailed report and he discovered things we would never have spotted.

Eric was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to walk me through my new home explaining anything he found. He also did a very good job explaining to me how things work and where key elements are such as the water and gas shut off valves.
