He inspected the property as though it was it was going to be his purchase and showed me things I had no idea about. I found it odd that a bigger single family home ($320) was cheaper than a townhome ($360) that had less square footage. And the fact that a townhome would cost $360 to inspect is ridiculous. I got quotes under $300 from other companies and ended up with one that provided warranties on appliances and mechanicals. They also had available time slots that gave my buyers more options.

On time, thorough and interaction with the Buyer was very good.
