Michele on first meeting when problems were identified and Jose (Mgr) the next day when I returned to pick up the tuxes. On the second day for the slacks and coat changes, the coat didn't make it but Jose stayed on top and worked to get the delivery priority set up so we could finish the pickup within a half an hour.
EXCELLENT EFFORT. Tuxes drew many complements from the wedding guests.

I loved that you took quick deliveries without rush charges. I also really appreciated that we could customize what we wanted. For example, we didn't want a vest or shoes and we were able to remove those items (and the cost of them), from our order. Not every place had this type of flexibility.

My son is 8 years old and not at all happy about wearing a tux! The staff was wonderful, and dealt with my grumpy lil monster with ease.
I loved how friendly everyone was, having to fit a 3 year old is not always easy and just really willing to help no matter what!

Great, friendly, efficient service on the phone and in person! I live in Northern California and went to Southern California for a wedding. There are no Friar Tux shops up here in our area but, if there were, I'd highly recommend you!

the staff was courteous and friendly. The suit coat and pants I rented fit perfectly, especially useful because I didn't have time to try them on when I picked then up. Upon returning the suit, he staff even checked the pockets to make sure I didn't forget anything!
