Your employees were genuinely interested in taking care of my needs. They made promises that were kept, they did the small things (helped to take off my jacket etc.), and went the extra mile (I was able to pick up my jacket a day early...even though it was scheduled for the next day the individual who helped me went in the back to physically check (not relying on the computer system) and it had been delivered. This was very helpful....friendly place to do business!

The products you provide are amazing and are always fitted to my conditions. I have never gone back for any problems and I plan to point any of my friends for homecoming, prom, etc. towards the closest Friar Tux.
I quickly received a friendly greeting every time that I arrived. There was virtually no wait time for me to be helped even when other customers were there as well. The measuring process was done with speed and efficiency. The entrance way, dressing rooms, and store itself is very clean and organized. The rental clothes were given to me in nice individual bags. The process for the pick up time and drop off time was explained to me very well so there was no confusion. Each staff member was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Great, friendly, efficient service on the phone and in person! I live in Northern California and went to Southern California for a wedding. There are no Friar Tux shops up here in our area but, if there were, I'd highly recommend you!
