management was on the ball. quick and accommodating. When something didn't fit they even offered to drive me the right thing. Parking was kind of tough was the only struggle.

Customer service was outstanding. I really liked that all associates available were able to help, not just one associate per customer. Sizing and making sure the tuxedo fit well was just as important to your associates as it was to me. Tuxedo looked sharp as well.

I really enjoyed the services and hospitality of the Downey staff. They had everything that was needed. They were friendly and courteous. The service was better than expected and an easy process to pick up and drop off. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I would use them again in the future and refer them to others as well.

The suits we chose for the groomsmen to get fitted looked great! The district manager Eric Acuna who helped us made sure everything worked out perfectly even when my husbands suit was too small after he gained a bit of weight and had to exchange the suit immediately.
