I appreciated the time given to me on helping me to select the colors to wear as the father of the bride. The lady providing the service on the last day showed me the options and guided me through the selection process. The wedding was fabulous and the groom, groomsmen, and the father of the bride all received compliments on how everyone looked. Of course the bride was so beautiful.
Jessica is the individual I worked with. She puts a face on your company to the customer, client. She is the reason I will continue to with Friar Tux should I need a Tux. I can not say enough things about the quality in this person. I never met her before my recent transaction with your company. Clothing was fine.

The Help. I forget the guys name who helped me when I cam in to get fitted but he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was quick with suggestions and did not waste my time.
The courteous service I received at the Lakewood store. I was concerned when I brought back one of my son's tux in the Lakewood shop who received his tux in Huntington Beach. Everything that I returned except for his pants had someone's name on it. They checked everything off that he turned it in and assured me it was OK. I later thought about it and should have requested something in writing to say everything was OK since I can not be sure that the other person whose name appeared everywhere but the pants turned in their rental tux. Could you respond to my email confirming that all of Matt Last name removed's tux has been returned. I would appreciate it. Thank You, in advance.

I like the color pallet selection and the friendliness of service. They should go through the items more though as my cuff links and accessories were missing. They should also mention when people are picking up that socks aren't included as they have been at other establishments.
