Sara was very nice. The MVP is a little awkward. I've never had my hair washed in a salon before (50+ man), so that was ok. The scalp rub was weird and painful, she pressed my skull bone points hard, it was not enjoyable, that should be stopped. The vibrating chair was nice. The shiatsu massage wand back at the chair was just plain weird. None of that massage stuff should be happening at a hair cut place. I felt very uncomfortable, for HER, to be doing that to anyone. I also felt weird for me to be in that situation.

The haircut is great, Sara was very professional and covered all the info, up sales, add on sales, come back for neck clean and the MVP if you're having a stressful day, all very professional. But that massage stuff is inappropriate and should be banished from your business model. I'm sure the young men love it, which is exactly the reason it should be banned. I'm a very open minded person, but that was just uncomfortable watching them doing massages to men in a hair salon. Just stop it.

Very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Don't like policy of not accepting American EXPRESS card. It is My card of choice! You can negotiate the discount rate because you are a Major chain. Most American EXPRESS card holders have the ability to charge more on the Average.

Decently fast walk in service and some stylists that have been cutting hair for years

Angie was so so sweet to my Elliot. She was very kind to him and took her time to make sure his hair looked handsome for his first day of Pre-K! After cutting his hair perfectly (best haircut he’s ever had & first time there wasn’t any lines from the clippers), she noticed I was looking at some products and offered to use one in my sons hair to see if I liked it since she already had one open. She took her time and showed me how to warm it in my hands and how to apply it in my sons hair to make it stay parted and looking sharp! I purchased the product she recommended and I am VERY impressed! I told her what type of look I wanted and she recommended the perfect thing to us. A styling product that wouldn’t make his hair look oily or wet, feel crunchy or hard and didn’t have a strong smell. Also, something low maintenance and wouldn’t take forever to get him ready. We will be frequenting Angie! We have had nothing but great experiences with SportsClips and have visited a few locations but Angie will definitely be our new go-to! I hope she is made aware of this message and recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you Angie!!!!

I love getting the mvp great people working hear hot towel on your face then top off with a back Massage tool always comes here yes its over 30 dollars but who cares makes me feel great.

She was so great at service and suggesting all the things we should do to keep the hair safe and strong. She should be a specialist for a hair care in my opinion.
